Requirements

• Provide technical leadership and direction
• Review existing prioritisation processes and provide guidance on improvements
• Lead discussion and continuous improvement on design and development of complex software architecture
• Mentor and coach engineering staff
• Act as direct reporting line for junior and intermediate engineers
• Drive engineering excellence and continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain functionality for the Kami Application
• Build and maintain the Kami code base and code quality
• Champion cross-functional collaboration
• Own the partnership with the wider cross-functional team members
• Engage in discovery and understand holistically the requirements from all sides
• Act as a technical subject matter expert to problem solve
• Demonstrate ability to shape strategy and prioritise work across cross-functional staff
• Be able to understand data, commercial information, and technical requirements to shape solutions for ambiguous problems
• Demonstrate a structured, iterative approach to problem solving
• Consider multiple solutions for a problem, have a testing framework, build various implementation approaches, and evaluate success
