Job Description
The KaMin Starter is a full-time position that involves working in the shipping department, rotating among bagger operator, forklift operator, and stacker positions. The role requires operating automatic small bagger, supersack bagger, and densifier, as well as performing SOC checks, operating forklift, and assembling pallets. Additional duties include preventive maintenance, blow down of 50-pound bagger, and maintenance of statistical process control records.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read and comprehend work orders, loading forms, work instructions, safety manuals, and material safety data sheets
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to team goals and objectives
- Must possess basic computer skills to utilize Oracle, Tabware, SharePoint, and to enter process parameters
- Must be forklift certified by KaMin
