Job Description
Manage day-to-day activities of food and/or beverage outlets, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Plan and organize work, communicate policies, and recommend staffing actions. Assist with creating innovative programs and promotions to market special menu items and increase sales.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years restaurant management experience
- Hospitality Management Degree or some college preferred
- Fluent English speaking skills
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card
