Job Description
The Urban Youth Academy- Field Trip & School Visit Coordinator is responsible for executing school-based programming that connects students to baseball, softball, and education through high-quality, structured field trips and in-school visits for K–6 students across the Kansas City metropolitan area.
Requirements
- Experience working with youth (e.g., coaching, camps, schools, recreation programs, mentoring)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally to schools and program sites
- Ability to manage groups of students in active environments
- Professionalism, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset
- Experience and knowledge of youth baseball and/or softball programs are preferred.
