Assistant/Associate Professor of General Dentistry - Signing Bonus

Hiring General Dentists for 2026 and 2027! Kansas City University College of Dental Medicine seeks general dentists as full-time clinical faculty for a new dental school in Joplin, Missouri. Faculty must be motivated and engaged clinicians who are excited to help build an innovative and dynamic academic and clinical dental medicine program, educating the next generation of dentists while providing comprehensive care to a rural and diverse group of patients.

Requirements

• D.D.S./D.M.D. degree or equivalent
• Currently licensed in Missouri or have an active dental license in a US state or Canada and be eligible for licensure in Missouri or evidence of eligibility to receive an unrestricted Missouri dental license or faculty license.
• Prior teaching experience and advanced training in general or restorative dentistry
• Passion for dentistry, an enthusiasm for dental education, and a strong desire to teach students in a demanding, startup academic environment
