Associate Data Scientist

We're looking for an Associate Data Scientist to join our Global Data Science and Innovation team, responsible for developing advanced analytical solutions that drive our organisational growth. The role involves collaborating with colleagues to implement cutting-edge AI/ML projects, representing our innovative initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, and working closely with software engineers and product delivery teams to ensure seamless integration of our solutions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in coding languages such as R and Python
• Strong knowledge of Statistical and Machine Learning models
• Experience with manipulation and maintenance of databases (e.g. SQL)
• Ability to work effectively in global setups with diverse cross-geography teams and cultures
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance big-picture thinking with meticulousness
• Energetic, self-driven, curious, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience in developing and maintaining live products is desirable but not required
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, knowledge of Git, and containerisation tools (e.g. Docker) are a plus
