Panel Service Executive

We are looking for a Panel Service Executive to join our team at Kantar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service support to our panel members, working closely with regional solution techs and other teams to ensure a flawless client-centric service.

• Polite and professional telephone manner with a positive work ethic towards problem solving
• Proactive and strong self-motivated teammate who is happy to lend a hand when needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with proven experience of working to deadlines
• Good interpersonal and administrative skills with a focus on work being accurately prioritised and completed in a timely manner
• Ability to multitask with a flexible attitude to work
