Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in insights, tech or media (agency, ad tech, or client-side), with exposure to campaign measurement, brand tracking/lift, or creative testing
- Strong quantitative foundation
- Familiarity with digital platforms (Google/YouTube, Meta, TikTok, or video streaming platforms)
- Technical Proficiency: Intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data handling
- Bilingual Business Proficiency: Fluent in English, with the ability to analyze, write, and present insights effectively to diverse audiences
- Extensive Client Management: Extensive experience managing relationships with clients and various stakeholders
- Insightful Communicator: Clear and concise in both written and verbal communication
- Presentation Skills: Proven track record of confidently delivering research findings and strategic recommendations in client-facing settings
- Team Collaboration & Growth Mindset: Collaborative, resilient, and organized, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure
