Accounts Payable Team Leader

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Team Leader to oversee the end-to-end accounts payable function and lead a team of AP specialists. The role requires a completed accounting qualification, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and proven leadership capability. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Accounts Payable and P2P operations, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and experience working with systems such as SAP, VIM, Concur, and MS Office.

Requirements

• Completed Accounting qualification (MBO level or higher)
• At least 5 years' relevant experience, preferably in an international SSC environment
• Proven leadership capability with a demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and manage team performance
• In-depth knowledge of Accounts Payable and P2P operations within a multinational environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer- and service-oriented mindset; fluent in English, with additional European languages an advantage
• Solid organisational and problem-solving abilities, a proactive approach to continuous improvement, and experience working with systems such as SAP, VIM, Concur, and MS Office
