Requirements

• Handling customer issues in IT support independently
• Planning, setting up, and administering Linux and Windows IT infrastructures
• Operating and maintaining server and network structures
• Contributing to IT system environment development
• Relevant work experience in IT security
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows servers, TCP/IP network environments, and problem-solving competence
• Autonomous and goal-oriented work, teamwork, and communication skills
• German and English language proficiency
