Job Description
Kaplan is looking for Master's prepared nurses to help new nursing graduates succeed on the NCLEX exam. As a nursing instructor, you will engage students, facilitate learning, and provide ongoing support through classroom instruction and virtual coaching. This is a PRN job with optional benefits, and you will receive paid training and ongoing support to build your teaching, presenting, and mentoring skills.
Requirements
- MSN or BSN with Masters
- Current, unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse
- 5+ years clinical nursing experience
- Previous teaching/training experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation and leadership skills
