Requirements
- Master's prepared nurses
- Ability to maintain high energy level and engage students
- Effective facilitation of learning and learner development
- Ability to learn Kaplan's methodology and strategies quickly
- Facilitation of active and ongoing classroom management
- Previous teaching/training experience preferred
