Job Description
The Sales Assistant provides administrative and commercial support to the sales team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluent in Dutch, English, and French
- Comfortable with figures, data management, and system updates
- Strong communication skills, supportive, motivated, accurate, and solutions oriented
- Ability to take initiative and work cooperatively across functions
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize effectively
- Commercial awareness
- Organizational and planning skills
- Proven ability to interact with diverse personalities, both internally and externally
- Strong attention to detail and ability to retain information
- Excellent recall of details, processes, and client information
- Ability to quickly absorb, retain, and apply new information
