Job Description
Karbon is seeking an Associate Software Engineer to contribute to building reliable, high-quality software across their.NET and modern JavaScript stack. The role is designed for engineers early in their careers who want to grow quickly by working on real production systems.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional software development experience
- Foundational knowledge of web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Exposure to modern programming languages or frameworks such as C#,.NET, React, or similar technologies
- Basic understanding of software development concepts such as APIs, databases, version control, and debugging
- Strong curiosity for learning new technologies and improving engineering skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively in a distributed environment
- Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development tools
