Job Description
We are hiring an Engineering Manager, Data & Analytics who will lead a high-performing team, coach engineers, and help build a strong team culture. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in Engineering Management, a proven record of leading teams to improve quality and speed, and expertise in distributed systems and data integrity at scale.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Senior+ IC
- 2+ years experience in Engineering Management
- Proven record leading teams to improve quality and speed through technical + process change
- Depth in distributed systems and data integrity at scale
- Skill planning and delivering sprints with Product and Tech Leads
- Excellent communication across locations/time zones
- Experience in large scale, multi-cloud data warehousing migrations
