Administer office duties including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining a clean reception area. Prepare expense accounts and provide clerical support to the HR department. Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with scheduling meetings.
Requirements
- 6-2 years experience as a receptionist using a multiline phone system
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Advanced interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
