As a Customer Service & Field Service Coordinator at Kärcher, you will lead a team of analysts, manage service orders and calls, and ensure a smooth customer journey. You will also manage the financial cell and act as a strategic interface between major accounts and the commercial team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields
• Differential experience in coordinating technical service or post-sales teams
• ERP system expertise (preferably SAP) or CRM Salesforce
