Debitorenbuchhalter (m/w/d) Forderungs- und Reklamationsmanagement

Manage accounts of major customers, handle customer complaints, and optimize reclamation management processes.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in debt accounting, debt collection, or reclamation management
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FI / SD
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Strong customer orientation, communication skills, analytical thinking, and self-dependent way of working
