Kierownik/-niczka Operacji Logistycznych

We are looking for a Logistics Operations Manager to join our team in Krakow, Poland. As a key business partner, you will be responsible for managing a 7-person team, supervising and optimizing warehouse processes, and coordinating logistics operations. You will also be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, analyzing logistics costs, and preparing reports and recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in team management (operational / warehouse environment)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics (various roles welcome)
• Experience in managing logistics processes and warehouse management
• Experience in working on efficiency metrics
• Practical knowledge of the SAP system (approx. 2 years of work experience)
• Knowledge of ADR issues (classification of goods, requirements, regulations, occupational health and safety principles)
• Knowledge of the English language (at least B1/B2 level)
• Higher education (preferably related to logistics or supply chain management)
• Above-average interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data, control costs, and draw conclusions
