Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

Lead national and global M&A transactions, including due diligence. Identify, analyze, and evaluate acquisition candidates and their business models. Create presentations and decision documents for the board of directors and supervisory board.

Requirements

• Successfully completed study (e.g. business administration, economics, business economics) or a comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience in transaction consulting
• Fundamental and practice-proven financial knowledge and expertise in common corporate valuation methods
• Secure German and excellent English language skills
• Well-developed strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, excellent negotiation skills, and high result- and goal-orientedness
