Technical Training & Digital Learning Specialist (m/w/d)

As an innovation driver in the team, you have the freedom to shape the field of Digital Learning and set new standards in technical knowledge transfer. Delivering knowledge worldwide: You design and conduct technical training for our complex systems - on-site with our customers as well as via innovative digital channels.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a technical trainer in the machine construction, supply technology, plant construction, or a comparable demanding environment.
• Experience with AI tools and author tools for content creation.
• Verbal English is a must; every additional language is a valuable plus point for our global projects.
• Inter-cultural competence and the ability to act safely and convincingly, even in hierarchical structures (military) or under time pressure (NGOs).
