Job Description
Kardigan is a heart health company seeking a Director, Non-Clinical Development & Translational Sciences to oversee the design, execution, and reporting of nonclinical regulatory strategy. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of non-clinical development experience in the CRO and/or biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry.
Requirements
- DVM, MD, and/or PhD in a relevant discipline
- 7+ years of non-clinical development experience
- Demonstrable pathology training and expertise
- Expert understanding of Nonclinical drug development
- Leadership experience in a matrix environment
- Strategic Agility and ability to develop and execute complex strategies
- Excellent communication skills (both orally and written)
- Track record of establishing business processes and managing projects, people, resources, and activities
