KARGO

2-3 years of research experience, expertise in digital brand lift measurement, and technical knowledge of campaign setup

2-3 years of experience in paid Facebook advertising & campaign management, substantial analytical skills, and effective communication skills

4+ years of experience in building and maintaining production backend services or platforms, proficiency in modern backend languages, and experience designing services that process high-volume data

3+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or client-facing role, and proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets

2-5 years of experience in campaign management, hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager, and strong Excel skills

3-4 years of experience working in a publisher-facing role for an SSP, DSP, or technology organization, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with managers, employees and publishers

BS/MS in CS/Stats; 3+ yrs ML in production; experience with AWS and cloud tools. Strong SQL & Python skills

The successful candidate should have strong expertise in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing large-scale data systems, deep proficiency in Python, Spark, and Iceberg, and extensive DevOps experience

5+ years of experience in ad tech or digital media, experience in client-facing or partner-facing role, deep understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystem

4+ years of experience in digital, CTV, and programmatic advertising, established relationships with WPP and agency networks, and strong communication skills
