Job Description
The Karl Auto Group is a growing, nationally recognized dealer group looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to help guide and grow their high-volume sales department. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and have a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of automotive sales experience (Chevrolet or GM brand a plus)
- Proven success closing deals and delivering excellent customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership potential — motivates others and thrives on team success
- Organized, coachable, and ready to take on more responsibility
- Familiar with CRM tools (DriveCentric), VAuto, and digital retailing platforms
