Controller m/w/d

We are looking for a Controller to strengthen our team and build, develop, and be responsible for our controlling. Responsibilities include building, developing, and implementing a company-wide controlling system and corresponding tools for project and order production, operational and strategic controlling, and more.

Requirements

• Completed business administration studies with a focus on controlling/finance or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in controlling, ideally with construction or project responsibility in a manufacturing mid-sized company
• Very good business understanding and analytical thinking
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Thorough Excel knowledge; experience with ERP systems an advantage
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and sense of responsibility
• Desired: basic knowledge of accounting
