Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable field; MBA is an advantage
• Extensive experience (>10 years) in a senior finance leadership role within an international environment
• Strong background in Manufacturing Finance and ideally experience in R&D-related organizations
• In-depth knowledge of cost accounting, standard costing, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience in evaluating and managing capital investment projects
• Strong analytical and strategic capabilities with a high level of business orientation
• Convincing leadership personality with excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Fluent English skills are a must; good German skills are an advantage
