Job Description
KARL STORZ is seeking a Senior Image Processing Engineer to develop cutting-edge camera image processing solutions for medical devices. The role involves research, analysis, and implementation of advanced algorithms, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior engineers. This position directly impacts the quality of medical imaging and patient care.
Requirements
- Develop and implement image processing algorithms for camera systems
- Perform system modeling, signal analysis, and characterization of imaging sensors
- Design and verify FPGA-based modules using MATLAB/Simulink
- Collaborate with project teams to define IP design architecture
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
