Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT operations, system administration, or a related technical support role
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of system and application monitoring, deployment automation, and scripting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on continuous improvement
