Job Description
The Senior Accountant supports month-end and year-end close, financial analysis and reporting, and process improvement within the KARL STORZ internal controls framework, and serves as Accounting Lead for a KARL STORZ North America legal entity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience (2+ years of public accounting preferred)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting
- Strong understanding of financial accounting and G/L transactions
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills to analyze complex data and recommend/implement solutions
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently
