Job Description
KARL STORZ is seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Assurance Manager to drive compliance excellence in a global healthcare organization. This role involves leading risk-based healthcare compliance audits, monitoring programs, and analytics to ensure operational alignment with laws, regulations, and internal policies. The role requires analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and communication proficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years in compliance auditing, policy, or risk roles within healthcare, pharma, or medical devices
- 2+ years in project or program leadership
- Deep knowledge of healthcare/fraud and abuse laws
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with compliance monitoring tools, contract management systems, and reporting platforms
