Senior Tax Analyst

Senior Tax Analyst will prepare and/or review tax compliance and support audits and tax research for KARL STORZ North America. The role will ensure tax compliance is accurate, timely, and defensible, and will involve preparing federal, state, and local income tax returns, quarterly estimates/extensions, income tax provisions under ASC 740, and R&D credit calculations.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of federal and multi-state corporate tax compliance experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Solid knowledge of tax laws and ability to perform tax research
• Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and ASC 740
• Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tax/finance tools, including SAP, OneSource, BNA Fixed Assets, and RIA Checkpoint
