Job Description
Join Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey as a Financial Control Lead in Stockholm. Lead and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Financial Control team, ensure integrity and accuracy of accounting records, and drive continuous improvement of accounting processes.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
- 10+ years of experience within financial accounting or financial control, ideally in FMCG or other fast-paced environments
- Proven experience leading or coordinating finance teams
- Strong knowledge of local GAAP; IFRS is a plus
- Solid understanding of end-to-end processes (Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Record-to-Report)
- Experience working with integrated ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Experience in an international, multi-entity environment
- Exposure to M&A processes is an advantage
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
