Job Description
Karo Healthcare is seeking an In-Market Customer Supply Coordinator to join their team in Rotterdam. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end execution of in-store display projects, managing product flows, and ensuring accurate product and master data setup in ERP systems. Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, customer logistics, or a similar role
- Proven experience managing customer-facing or 3PL relationships
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills in English
- Experience in FMCG, Consumer Health, or omnichannel retail is a strong advantage
- Hands-on, proactive mindset with high accountability and comfort working through change and ambiguity
