We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the growth strategy for Biodermal/Skin in Benelux, driving sales, share, margin, and brand equity targets. The ideal candidate has experience in brand management within FMCG, consumer healthcare, or personal care, and is commercially sharp with hands-on experience in pricing, budget ownership, and performance analysis.
Requirements
- Proven experience in brand management within FMCG, consumer healthcare or personal care, ideally within Skin Health
- Strong track record of delivering brand growth and managing P&L in competitive categories
- Experience building and executing digital-first, data-driven marketing plans
- Commercially sharp, with hands-on experience in pricing, budget ownership and performance analysis
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, matrix and international environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage agency partnerships
- Analytical mindset with a strong performance and results orientation
- Fluent in Dutch and English
