Customer Service Specialist

Requirements

• At least a completed bachelor's degree.
• Interest in and affinity with products (knowledge is built up internally).
• Technical insight.
• Experience within retail or a commercial organization.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant systems.
• Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing; German or French is a plus.
