Job Description
Karya is seeking an organized and proactive individual to fill a hybrid role as a Coordinator - Work management (Kannada language). The role requires working with marginalized communities, treating individuals with empathy, respect, and cultural sensitivity, and overseeing financial transactions, ensuring the quality of app content through internal reviews and testing.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in community coordination, financial management, or content review roles.
- Degree or diploma in social sciences, business management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and Kannada and fluency in at least one of the following languages: Hindi, Telugu, Tamil
- Experience working with marginalized communities and a deep understanding of their challenges and needs.
- Familiarity with basic digital tools or mobile applications used in community settings (training will be provided as needed)
