Khan Academy India is seeking a Training Coordinator to design and deliver professional development initiatives for teachers and administrator programs. This role supports teachers in utilizing Khan Academy's resources to improve student learning outcomes. The team focuses on reaching underserved learners through local language content and collaboration with government schools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience including 3+ years working on designing & delivering effective training programs for teachers and other education stakeholders
• Fluency in Kannada and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Willingness to travel across the state
• A passion for education and a desire to change the world
• Proven ability to work across teams with superior communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset, including a high tolerance for ambiguity
• Willingness to help the team get work done as we are growing
