Job Description
Lakshya Digital is seeking a dynamic and technically sound Lead Trainer to lead and deliver all the Soft Skills training programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Education, Business, or related field.
- Certifications in instructional design, learning technologies, or project management are a plus.
- 9-12 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field, with at least 2 years in a Senior Trainer role.
