Manager - Impact Program (Kannada Language)

Karya is looking for a Manager - Impact Program in the Kannada Language to coordinate community engagement activities, provide support to community members, and ensure the quality of app content. The role requires working with marginalised communities, treating individuals with empathy, respect, and cultural sensitivity, and a willingness to travel to field locations (~40%).

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in community coordination and mobilisation
• Degree or diploma in social sciences, business management, or a related field
• Proficiency & fluency in English and Kannada, writing, reading and speaking
• Experience working with marginalised communities and a deep understanding of their challenges and needs
• Familiarity with basic digital tools or mobile applications used in community settings
