Video & Motion Designer

Karya is looking for a fast-moving, imaginative, and collaborative Video & Motion Designer who can bring Karya's ideas to life across two fronts: Instructional & Learning Videos and Brand & Storytelling Motion Design.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with graphic design, video design, motion graphics, or instructional media.
• A strong sense of visual structure, pacing, and narrative clarity.
• Ability to storyboard and simplify complex ideas quickly.
• Comfort with tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva Animate, Lottiefiles, AI image/video generators, and more.
