Associate Director, Finance and Accounting

Kasa is a tech-enabled hotel and apartment hotel brand and manager that offers flexible accommodations for guests in dozens of markets nationwide. The Associate Director, Finance and Accounting will lead the property level financial strategy, planning, operations, and partner reporting, and will drive financial excellence to enable the company to scale effectively while meeting the needs of guests, property owners, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is strongly preferred
• 10+ years of proven experience in senior financial management roles, in hospitality (strongly preferred) or other real estate operating businesses
• Subject matter expert on USALI and GAAP Reporting Requirements for the hotel industry
• Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated success in managing and scaling finance teams
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems)
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance requirements
• Strategic thinker with a strong ability to provide actionable insights for senior leadership
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence key stakeholders
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with competing priorities
