Sales Coordinator (Remote - Philippines)

Kasa is hiring a Group Sales Coordinator to support our group sales pipeline and deliver a high-quality experience for group organizers, guests, and internal partners. This role is responsible for managing group booking workflows, coordinating availability and pricing across markets, tracking deal progress in Salesforce, and keeping multiple stakeholders aligned throughout the booking lifecycle.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality, sales support, group reservations, event coordination, customer success, or operations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple deals and timelines simultaneously
• Comfortable working in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Google Workspace, and collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.)
• Strong follow-through: you take ownership, keep tasks moving, and close loops
