VP of Finance and Accounting

Kasa is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead its finance team and drive growth across a complex hospitality and real estate platform. The role involves building a high-precision finance engine, transforming the function into a faster, more automated, and more insightful one, and maintaining best-in-class reporting accuracy for property owners and investors.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading finance teams in hospitality, travel, or real estate
• Expertise with USALI, management agreements, and lease accounting
• Experience managing multi-entity, multi-contract operations
• Deep understanding of property-level P&Ls and owner reporting
• CPA preferred; Big 4 a plus but not required with equivalent experience
