Account Manager

Kaseya is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of SMB accounts. The role involves re-engaging, expanding, and maximizing value within existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, strengthening relationships, and driving consistent revenue growth through proactive account management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience within an account management or relationship focused sales role
• Experience in B2B sales managing SMB or Mid-market clients (SaaS or technology preferred)
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for account growth and expansion
• Highly motivated, coachable and resilient in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong analytical and forecasting abilities
