Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in network IT and remote Windows system infrastructure
• Robust understanding of ITIL processes and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
• Ability to maintain clear and concise case and root cause analysis (RCA) documentation
• Excellent prioritization and escalation skills
• High degree of professionalism in customer interactions
• Strong troubleshooting skills for various system issues
• Good verbal and written communication skills
