Lead Software Engineer

Kaseya is a leading provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software. We're hiring a Tech Lead Engineer to design and deliver scalable backend systems using.NET and Azure cloud technologies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of backend software engineering experience using.NET / C# in a production environment
• 2+ years of experience in a Tech Lead or Lead Engineer role
• Experience building or supporting production applications in Azure
• Experience designing and implementing APIs and distributed systems
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and source control tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Git)
• Experience working in high-scale SaaS or distributed environments
• Experience leading technical design reviews or mentoring engineers
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) in development workflows
