Kaseya is a leading provider of IT infrastructure and security management solutions. As Senior Lifecycle Product Marketing Manager, you will design and execute programs to accelerate product adoption, reinforce customer value, reduce churn, and drive multi-product expansion.
Requirements
- 8+ years in lifecycle, retention, customer, or product marketing
- Experience driving adoption, retention, or expansion through data-driven programs
- Ability to translate product and usage data into lifecycle insights and interventions
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills with Sales, CS, PMM, and RevOps
- Excellent copywriting skills and experience creating customer-facing, value-focused assets
