Sr. Analyst GTM Strategy & Operations

Kaseya is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the operationalization, adoption, and continuous improvement of Go-To-Market (GTM) processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. The role focuses on translating business processes into scalable system workflows, improving CRM adoption and data quality, and reducing manual execution through automation and standardized processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or CRM-focused operational roles
• Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and GTM systems
• Experience supporting workflows, automation, reporting, and process optimization initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify execution gaps and improvement opportunities
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders
