Staff Software Engineer

Kaseya is a leading provider of IT infrastructure and security management solutions. We're seeking a Staff Backend Engineer to drive architectural direction, lead complex cross-team initiatives, and mentor engineers. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience building large-scale backend systems with expertise in Golang, gRPC, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL.

Requirements

• 8+ years building large-scale backend systems
• Expertise in Golang
• Deep experience with gRPC, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience working on and developing for Linux
• Expertise with PostgreSQL and Cassandra
• Strong architectural leadership with microservices and distributed systems
