Requirements
- Process qualification on new equipment installations
- Closure of customer factory acceptance testing (FAT)
- Understanding of customer OLED product applications and manufacturing processes
- Assistance in using products to maximize customer yields and end product performance
- Resolution of customers' issues, failure analysis and data collection
- Hands-on tool operation and customer tool operation training
- Documentation and maintenance of the Printing operation SOP
